Before use of Controll®Topseal , turn the container and shake well. The best way to apply Controll®Topseal with a regular dispersion is to use a normal sprayer. For small areas a roller,  brush or a sponge can be used. To avoid the formation of puddles, the working surface has to be treated proportionality.

Normally one coat of Controll Topseal is enough.  On very damp surfaces it is recommended to use another coat.

Attention:

Controll®Topseal is waterproof. Don’t apply on surfaces that have to be treated with other materials.
